Statio — Stillness

Prepare your heart

Before the Word is read, become still. Sit upright, breathe slowly, and set aside the concerns of the day. Make the Sign of the Cross and invoke the Holy Spirit, who inspired this psalm and who now prays within you.

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful, and kindle in them the fire of your love.
